Terms & Conditions of Service – Longevity Scan (a trading name of A-Training CW Ltd)

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by A-Training CW Ltd, trading as Longevity Scan (“Longevity Scan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), to practitioner clients (“you,” “your,” or “the Practitioner”).
1.2 Longevity Scan acts solely as an administrative and logistical intermediary between Practitioners, their patients, and independent third-party laboratories such as Eurofins, NAD Medica, or other accredited providers (“Third-Party Providers”).
1.3 By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that Longevity Scan does not perform blood collection, laboratory testing, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

2. Scope of Service
2.1 Longevity Scan’s services are strictly limited to:
a. Providing access to an online scheduling portal for the organisation of blood tests;
b. Issuing laboratory request forms, delivery labels, and logistical support materials for the correct submission of samples to Third-Party Providers;
c. Facilitating the secure transfer of laboratory results from Third-Party Providers back to the Practitioner;
d. Formatting laboratory results into user-friendly report templates, including general descriptions of biomarkers for informational purposes only.
2.2 Longevity Scan does not:
a. Collect or process blood samples;
b. Conduct laboratory analysis or testing;
c. Provide medical advice, interpretation, or recommendations;
d. Guarantee courier delivery times or laboratory turnaround times.

3. Practitioner Responsibilities
3.1 The Practitioner is solely responsible for:
a. Ensuring that blood collection is undertaken competently and in compliance with applicable standards;
b. Informing their patients that Longevity Scan is not a medical provider, does not perform testing, and does not provide medical advice;
c. Explaining to their patients that any biomarker information presented in Longevity Scan reports is for general informational purposes only and must not be treated as medical advice;
d. Advising patients to seek professional medical interpretation of results from a suitably qualified clinician.
3.2 The Practitioner accepts full responsibility and liability for the communication of results, explanations, or advice given to their patients.
3.3 Longevity Scan shall not be held liable for any claims, complaints, or disputes arising between the Practitioner and their patients.

4. Delivery and Courier Services
4.1 Blood samples are dispatched to laboratories using third-party postal or courier services (e.g. Royal Mail).
4.2 Longevity Scan is not responsible for:
a. Delays, losses, or failures by postal or courier services;
b. Samples arriving at the laboratory outside of the viable testing window due to delivery issues;
c. Rejection of samples by laboratories as a result of delayed or improper delivery.
4.3 The Practitioner bears full responsibility for ensuring samples are packaged and dispatched in accordance with laboratory and courier requirements.

5. Reports and Biomarker Information
5.1 Reports provided by Longevity Scan may contain general explanations of biomarkers. These are educational in nature only and must not be regarded as clinical or diagnostic advice.
5.2 Practitioners must not present these explanatory notes to patients as medical opinion or advice.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Longevity Scan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
a. The use or interpretation of laboratory results;
b. Any act, omission, error, or negligence of Third-Party Providers, couriers, or Practitioners;
c. Delays, losses, or failures in delivery or laboratory processing.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longevity Scan’s total liability in relation to any service provided shall not exceed the amount paid to Longevity Scan for the relevant service.

7. Data Handling
7.1 Longevity Scan will handle Practitioner and patient data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Data may be shared securely with Third-Party Providers only for the purposes of fulfilling the Practitioner’s testing request.
7.3 Longevity Scan does not accept responsibility for the data security practices of independent Third-Party Providers.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
